After 7 months of recieving the wrong dosage of medicine on repeat . Even though i have been into the surgery several timez to rectify it and after being told before xmas that it was now sorted I go to the chemist to pick up my prescription and it is wrong again . New year same old rubbish.
First class from the receptionist to our GPs were extremely lucky.
Never had a problem getting an appointment. Reception staff, nurses and doctors are all lovely, caring and compassionate.
This review is based solely on the reception staff who are both incompetent and rude with it. The nurses and doctor which I have dealt with there have been absolutely fantastic and I cannot rate them enough. Unfortunately you have to get past the rude receptionists first. Really upset with how I have just been spoken too.
