I cannot recommend this place highly enough. I started hot yoga 10 months ago as a complete novice and thanks to the amazing teaching provided here, the difference I can feel in both my body and mind is immense. I will always practice hot yoga now, and wouldnt go anywhere else. Go!! Youll love it.
