We were recommended by a friend to Terry Walker at Wynn & Walker. I'm so glad they did as we were first time Landlords and Terry couldn't have be more helpful. He does know the industry inside out with it's many rules and regulations. He showed professionalism and patience with us due to our many queries and questions we fired at him. Terry will talk to you 7 days a week, up until 10 o'clock at night and the same goes for our tenants which must be unheard of in this industry. He will also do viewings out of hours, again 7 days and also will vet prospective tenants in their homes. Surely, also unheard of? Their fees are very reasonable and judging by other reviews, I've seen, tenants fees are considered reasonable too. My only concern was that our property let was in Bolton/Blackburn outside the Chorley area in which they are based but it didn't seem to make any difference in the end as we did let it quite quickly. Would heartily recommend to anyone.
Terry and Darren give a first class service. They are friendly, courteous and efficient. They conducted viewings and sold my property quickly keeping me fully informed throughout . I would recommend anyone selling a property in the area to use their services.

Darren, Tony and the team are fantastic, always happy to talk and guide you through sales and lettings. It is easy to say an estate agents is good if they can sell your home, however the charisma and energy that the team bring and how they apply it to the property market makes this estate agency great. I have used them consistently now for over a year and I plan on continuing to use them going forward. Great job guys, a well built, well maintained business with the client at the heart of it.
What a refreshing change. My wife and I are local landlords and after engaging with a number of local agents, it was evident from the outset these guys were the best. We first came across them when buying a property, but after a bad experience with an agent in Chorley that was round the corner for work, we thought wed give W&W a try. I could go on with the comparisons but in less than a week, 2 properties filled. Our experience throughout has been fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble.
