I am yet to receive my item... However, I called Suzi Wong company to speak with some and ask if it was possible to change a word on my shorts that I had ordered. When I called as I always do, I always ask how the caller is doing, I got to told to "hurry up".....Shocked with their response I just said "oh okay" and continued to ask about my query. To be fair the man then stated I came through to the wrong phone. Nevertheless.I was then passed onto someone else who I explained my order was slightly wrong. without even being asked when I ordered it or even asking for my order number they just responded with "yeah it's probably already been made".RUDE, ABRUPT and EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL. Not a happy customer at all.I am taking part in UWCB and shall be passing on my experience with others.
