Walked in looking for ideas, no one asked if I needed help and after several visits to the counter to ask for prices and different questions, I got " we only have what's on display" answers I. At the end I had to ask someone to come and help me, but still got an answer " we don't have it in stock" no suggestions no interest in asking me questions, and the end I got frustrated and walked out with less items then I wanted. Oh and I had to go back in to ask for a receipt. I have no intention of going back anytime soon.
They have every balloon imaginable and they do amazing displays for weddings and all other occations. They also have lots fancy dress.
From placing the order (keeping the secret) to picking it up first class really happy, will deffo be usung them again thanks x
Called in whilst passing for some ideas for my 40th - Rachel was amazing! She had some great ideas and designs that I had never seen before. On the night the room looked fabulous, definite WOW factor, can't recommend this place enough!!
They have all kinds balloons, whatever your party theme, they have balloons for that. Helpful and friendly staff. Also a good range of fancy dress costumes and accessories
