DON'T ORDER FROM THIS SHOP. MY WIFE ORDERED ME A PRESENT FOR OUR WEDDING DAY. IT HAS NEVER ARRIVED. THEY STILL HAVEN'T RESPONDED TO EMAILS OR CALLS. SAVE YOURSELVES A HASSEL AND ORDER FROM A REAL COMPANY.
Really disappointed, with this company. Ordered goods on 4 July for a wedding/honeymoon on the 20 July. Goods have just arrived after the wedding and the couple have already gone on honeymoon and they even sent the wrong size! Wish I had the products elsewhere! Would not recommend.
I have emailed tiptopwedding shop three times now over the last week to request to return an item which I dont like and dont want to keep and Ive still had no reply. I have tried to phone the company several times as well and no one answers and you cannot leave a message. My advice is to AVOID this company - if they resolve this issue ASAP I will let you know in a new review- but Im still waiting so far.....
I would not recommend this for anything especially anything to do with your wedding as they cannot even provide any sort of customer service for a Mothers Day gift. I ordered a gift from them for my children to give their mum for mothers day ordered went through and got confirmation that I was to just wait for dispatch confirmation. On the Thursday night before mothers day I received an email advising that the product was out of stock and would not be back in until the end of the following week. What made it worse was that there was not any sort of apology in the email merely ending in please advise. I have advised that I want a full refund however still awaiting a response. So in short I would not trust them with any order for one of the most important days of your life.
Really quick turnaround on a last minute design and idea I'd had - so grateful! Nothing too much trouble, got some amazing custom made tote bags and a sparkly t-shirt that would have cost me a fortune elsewhere. Great, friendly service and very reasonably priced- will shop again-thanks!
